I have quite a big cookbook collection. I buy them fairly regularly and I often get them as gifts as well. I find them really relaxing to read and I try and make at least a couple of new recipes a week.
My current favourites are:
This Nadia Lim book is really lovely. The recipes are fresh, simple and mostly ingredients I would already have in my house.
I already have another recipe book by Gywneth and I love them both. This book has even more healthy options and it is also one that is lovely to sit and read.
I have a few health issues at the moment and I love flicking through this book. It doesn't just have recipes but also lots of lifestyle info.
This is probably one of my all time favourites. Part recipe book and part gardening book - what could be more perfect. I love my vege garden and I often go to this book for info I need. This will always be one of my top five I'm sure!
I have used this book a lot over the winter. I love the recipes that do a couple of meals. One of these is the Spaghetti Bolognaise and then the next night you use the leftovers to make a moussaka. So good!
